thanks to sacristia’s tip of having the reading-tools ATTACHED to the book, i sewed this book-covery thing with pockets for a notepad and pencil. you just slide the front & back covers of the book into the flaps and BAM ready to do some serious readin! i would really recommend this one because it makes you sort of breathless to look at your homemade bookcover and realize that yes, you really are that big of a dork.

i’m starting with south america because that is the continent i know the least. so today i printed off a blank map & one with names so i can go back and forth between them. annd i read somewhere that right before you go to sleep is when you learn the best so i’m going to try to review this sucker every night until i get it!
this goal reminds me of being in fifth grade.
