Swordfish

This week I made some swordfish:

It was delicious. Very tender, nice variety of flavors.

I used fresh rosemary that I picked from our yard, but dried rosemary might have been less bitter.

Be a better blogger (read all 2 entries…)
I posted daily for over a month

I wanted to post every day for about a month(wanted 30 new entries in the space thirty days), and I did. Some days more than others, but overall I have kept my rate consistent – and it has helped.

I constantly look around for things to talk about, and I love that now I get more feedback and more regular visitors to my site.

I realized that what I post does not have to be spectacular – still, most people are not really that interested, just interesting to me.
