im 5’1” and just hit 120, so im thinking its time to knock off a few just to make myself feel a bit better. but i’ve noticed my lower tummy, thighs, and hips getting a bit, eh, chubby.
any suggestions? my mom reccomended running, but im not big into running at all. biking and long walks? and definately sit-ups?
i’ve been on 2 carnival cruises, one in 2000 and one in 2004, both on the carnival triumph.

when i got my backhandspring it was so awesome! you feel like your flying, in a way..
just practice, practice, practice! make sure you ‘hit a handstand’ and pop out! its really so easy once you get the hang of timing and things like that.
