My head is completely healed and I have stopped the compulsion. I had a scrape on my hand and decided to watch it heal and visualize the curing happening with my head. I also would watch women with really nice shiny hair and healthy scalp and visualize me having a head without injury. I decided to stop allowing my fingernails onto my scalp … just my fingertips. My scalp feels SO good and my hair feels SO healthy. I am amazed that I did this and want to share with all of you … you can do it too! You are worth it. The biggest scab will never feel as satisfying as this.

Ouch! Filled with stuff to sell on eBay or ETSY, cluttered, disorganized, yuck yuck. The laundry room … cluttered with the stuff removed from the kitchen for THAT redo. Basement bathroom has carpet removed and sink removed. So many projects so little time
I like using recycled / salvaged materials in my projects. I’ve garbage picked shelves and painted them glossy white. Hung one on the wall and put one on casters … painted the walls one deep deep almost black purple and the others taupe. Hardwood floor came with the house. Now I need a worksurface and bookshelves and hooks to hang the tripods for the cameras and bird-watching stuff … and a big, comfy reading chair :) ... on and a flat screen monitor that can serve as a television and a computer screen …
