So, at the start of the year, I decided that my new years resolutions would to give up something for each month. I would choose a new thing every month. The idea was to give up something that was bad for me or in some way hinders me. For January, I gave up eating fast food. It was actually much easier than I thought it would be. And the best part was that I lost 3 pounds that month because of the fewere calories that I ate. I have continued doing this, even though it’s not part of my 30 days for February. The truth is that not eating it made me not want it anymore.

I only have two more classes to go, but taking classes while working full time, and all the other committments I have, it seems like I don’t know when I will finish!!!
