mondays always a good time to start afresh, right?! 2 weeks ago

totally messed up this week.
so im just gna forget it even happened and start again with a nicely structured meal plan on monday.
i’ve come to realise that a meal plan is the only thing that keeps me on track; why? i dont know.
so that’s my plan of action, just gna get all my chocolate and fast food cravings out of me this weekend then get down to work on monday.
i hope turning over a new leaf really works.

crap! 2 weeks ago

i gave into chips, we had nothing to eat for dinner so my mum was like ‘im just gna go get some chips’ and i said i wasnt really hungry but like mums do, she got me some anyways, and i ate every last one of them.
grr!
then i felt terribly fat and bloated and i think i have now learnt my lesson.
healthy eatting from now on.

fast food. 2 weeks ago

i never normally get cravings for fastfood but today im just dying for a pizza or chips! then i remembered i have a whole folder of pictures on my computer of me looking extremly fat a frumpy! i looked at them and now i feel like i dont need that pizza so much.
