I graduated in the spring with my degree in Anthropology with a specialization in archaeology. Finally got the drudgery of academia finished… now to the real world of archaeology. The complex mirage of cultural resource management – archaeology under money, time, and various pressures.
I finally have it… in all its glory. A Kenmore sewing machine, gleaming white – got it as a gift brand new.
A friend and I went to the fabric store and picked out some plain and decorative fabric. I now have 2 and half yards of fabric … and soon I’ll have … something.
Haven’t decided what to attempt. Perhaps a dress…
I’m not sure where to get a cheap, not super fancy (just will get the job done) sewing machine. Any suggestions?
