So last summer I went to Rome and went on a great Pub Crawl. Well since I am wanting to travel and work abroad on my trip around the world, I have decided an easy way for me to get to Europe I figured I would try to get a job working with a Pub Crawl. Well it worked, I emailed the Pub Crawl I went on, after finding its web site, and asked if they had any openings. I got a responce back with how much they would pay (40 Euro each night I host a tour, and 5 Euro for each person that shows up due to flyers I pass out). Also they have an apartment that we can stay in for 300 Euro (for both of us) a month. So we are thinking that we are going to take this job, and we can network with ppl over there for future jobs when we move on. Plus Italy is a good place to set up shop to take trips all around the EU. So with out any flyers we could easaly make 1200 Euro a month partying!!!!

No the only thing is paying off all our debt. So my dad works in the Pipline industry and can get both of us a job working 7-12’s through what is called a turn around. We are going to make enough money in about 2-3 months to pay off all our debt (9k for me, Brandon) and I will also have at least 3-4k in my pocket when I get over there. So with this new job, it will be hard but it will set us a head of our goal and we would be able to leave by April, which is awsome!!!!

So, I have a freind that after Highschool he took all of his graduation money (about 2k after plan ticket) got a 1 way ticket to Germany. Landed in Frankfurt, found the cheapest hostil and the first job he could find and didnt touch his $2k. Just worked and lived in Frankfurt until he could set up for his next move. Well this is basically what he did for almost 2 years. He left with about 2 weeks of cloths a camera and passport. he traveld to almost every contury in Europe hit up a few places in Africa got a job on a ship to go over to India worked hie way around to China, through some Asian countries then down through the Philipiens then to Austraillia for a while. Stayed in Au for a while to buy a ticket to Panama. Went down to South America then finally decided to come home. I tell you all this b/c I ran across this page and I am currently saving up money and networking with ppl around the world. I have a Page on Myspace and me and my good friend are seting up a trip right now. Our plan is to have about 5k in our pockets and a 1 way plan ticket to europe. We will do the same plan as our other friend work some where long enough to save enough money to get to our next location and a little money to keep us allive till we get situated. The $5k is incase we get into some trouble. We would like to find a few other ppl that want to take this trip with us. We dont want to have places or dates set. We would like to be able to have the freedom that if we decide to go to some where on a whem b/c of a friend we meet on the way or what ever can give us a place to stay there or what ever. I am not sure how long we are going to be on the road, but at least a year would be nice.

Like I said we are trying to network with ppl aound the world that will REALLY help us. Maybe can find us a cheap place to stay, or can hook us up with a job or something.
