by simplifying things even more. I’ve been attracted to reading about different philosophies and religions, especially Zen Buddhism and Tao. Letting go is a lifelong process, and I don’t expect quick results but I’m definitely one small step closer to finding my true nature.
Perhaps depression is simply my identity.
I choose not to take my anti-depressants, and keep searching within myself for strength…for what!?
I’m tired and sleepy most of the time but at least I’m not feeling self-destructive.
I don’t know what to say.
I’m much wiser and bitter.
