Yesterday I was super-busy and short on sleep - not a good combination for running. So I did it this morning. Yaay discipline! Unfortunately, I only made about 4 of the runs - the middle two run intervals, I was nearly doubled over with (potentially unrelated) abdominal cramps. :(
I’ll see how the next run goes on Friday to determine if I can step up to Week 3’s regimen or not.

Ok, food poisoning post-conference and starting up classes put the running on halt for a while. But I started back up with the next scheduled progression.
Run intervals 4&5 were the ‘worst’, because I didn’t bring water. Stupid dry throat. :( But none of them were terrible. Hooray for running still being do-able!

Was in NOLA from Sunday-Wednesday, and went to Cafe du Monde for my beignet fix—it’s absolutely worth it! Just don’t forget the cafe au lait to cut the sweetness of the powdered sugar liberally dredged over the beignets. :D
