I made some triple chocolate brownies for June. I think they turned out pretty well. The recipe called for either bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, and I used bittersweet. I’d like to try this recipe again with semisweet chocolate.

How I did it: I don't have curbside recycling at my house, but there are recycling bins for cans and bottles at work. So I just saved everything and then I finally took a big bag into work over the weekend. I haven't thrown away a can or bottle for two months! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I have a 32-oz bottle of water in my fridge at home, and I just make sure that I drink one of those every day. Then at work I stop at the drinking fountain frequently, and I drink at least two cups of water from the water cooler. So I'm sure that's at least 48 oz of water a day. I bought a bed this week. I’ve just been using a bed frame. I got the bed at IKEA and I love it! Now I’m thinking about painting, putting up some little shelves, and maybe getting a chair for reading. But it’s going to have to wait until later this summer, since I have to save some money first!
