How I did it: Easy - I just made up my mind and did it. I do like those Plackers pre-strung floss things. They're strong and I don't have to cut off the circulation in my fingertips to floss. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Set up a WordPress blog. Tweaked it until I was happy with the layout and functionality. This is the "dynamic" part of my Web site. The rest gets updated only as needed.I set up a loose "editorial schedule." It is okay to deviate from it, and it is okay to post more often than once a day. Three mornings each week I wake up at 5:45 AM to “Hey Mama” by the Black Eyed Peas and ride the stationary bike for 30-40 minutes (175-200 calories). I’ve managed it only twice this week; first time, I got overzealous and injured a calf muscle. But this morning, I honored the commitment, made a fiber smoothie for breakfast afterwards, took a long and wonderfully refreshing shower, and got to work fairly early.
The other four mornings I get to sleep in a bit and wake up to Cat Stevens’s “Morning Has Broken.” I’m getting myself trained…
Maybe.
I’ve just taken some time to sync my personal and work Outlook calendars and tasks to my new SE W580i cell phone. IF I remember to do this regularly, I should have calendar, contacts, and to-do list at hand no matter where I am.
The trick is to remember to look, track, and USE the information.
