I wrote a book and it took me five years. Im working on another one. Are any of them published? Nope! But writing isn’t something you do to get rich or famous.

I moved to Missoula (from Snoqualmie, WA) three years ago. Um, what can I say? I liked it for a year and a half then I totally got over it. There’s lots of mountains and things like that, but its a really small place in the middle of nowhere (100,000 people) and it has a terrible economy which, in my opinion, is only getting worse as prices/houses/rent go up and the pay stays the same. (lowest minimum wage in the USA folks…think about it…and yes, some people actually pay minimum…) Montana is not a quick state to make changes. They are about ten years behind now. Also, unless you know someone who knows someone important, good luck finding a decent job…ever. There are millionaires then the rest of us poor working class and college students who eat top raman. So, while there are certainly nice things about it, low-crime, creative people, nature, rivers, beautiful scenery, nice people, deer in your front lawn, bugs, whatever…I don’t really think its worth it. Not if you are trying to be successful or make a decent living. And Im proud to say Im moving home to Snoqualmie in a month and a half to regroup, go to a MUCH better school (University of WA) and finally make a decent living. Thank you.
It was so effing scary I nearly cried. If you don’t like being terrified then DO NOT GO. It was all fun and games until the first chainsaw man came leaping out at me.
