my losing weight so far.. 20 months ago

oki two month ago i weight about 13o and now i weight about 140!!!!!!!!!!! i beeen working hard. working out 2 hours a day for two month.. but how can i gain my old weight back?T-T i know i don’t eat alot… is this a bad thing or a good thing?... some of my friends say its just muscle… but my goal was to lose 30 lb not.. gain them back… =\
i think i should just eat more less.

i think i got thinner but i gaining weight! =0

excerise 21 months ago

i have this problem.
i’m only 15 years old and i want to go outside to do some excersise but.. in my neighbor NO ONE DO IT!! i feel embarass doing it..and no one really like to go outside…
and whenever i ask my sisters or brothers to do excersing with me.. they so NO!
i want to do it alone.. but i’m scare that something might happen…
should i just forget about excersing? or
should i just do it on my own and ignore about the dangerous in my neighbor?

help?

heyy i think i lost 10 ib in like 3 month>.> that suck huh? sometime i think i eat too much but then sometime i think i just dont’ eat at all.
you know how feel like your losing weight so you can reward yourself something YUMMY! well.i did that.. and it suck! =[ whenever i eat something good.. i always want more..
so.. this week i’m not really eating anything.. just jioned swimming and exercising more.
the only things i have for lunch were an orange and dinner.. a plate of food rofl.
afterward if i get hungry.. water for the win!
i’m taking advice from other people and its working! XD hopefully…
wish me good luck! i want to lose like 15 to 20 more lb..

do u think i can lose 20 in 3 to 4 month??T-T
