30 minutes straight yesterday 15 months ago

Did a full 30 minutes. Could have gone more but I finished my 3 mile run faster than I thought I would. I will have to increase this by a mile tomorrow.

Almost back to my goal 15 months ago

Man this one has been hard as hell. I guess that is why its my #1 Goal. I stopped going to the gym when I got super busy with work and now that its summer and the price of gas I think twice about going anywhere unless I have to. However I started running in the evenings and I’ve started Hiking up the local mountains to get into shape.



write a small commercial application for OSX
Wrote my first app that will be on the App Store in a couple of weeks 15 months ago

Well I finished my first iPhone application as well as an OS X application that I was paid to develop. The iPhone app will be on the iTunes store in a couple weeks.
