When pressed for time in the morning, this is the first thing to go. It’s more a question of willingness. I’ve always got 15 minutes available in the morning, I’m just choosing to do other things; watch the news, surf the internet, etc.
I need to stop that.

I’ve done this for a couple of days now. I used to mediate, but haven’t for years. Sitting for 15 minutes now seems like a long time. But, as my friends would say, there’s no such thing as a bad meditation.

I picked up “Moving Mars” by Greg Bear today. Somehow I just can’t get interested in any of the classics that I have hanging around my shelves waiting to be read.
