I feel much better about myself these days. I have joined a few groups this year, and I think this has helped with my self confidence. When my psychologist suggested the other day that this
coming year would be the right time for me to move on, I didn’t panic. I really think I’m O.K. with it now,unlike the last year.

I’ve been putting something on my nails each day that is supposed to make them stronger. I’ve almost stopped tearing at them. I’ve also been using cuticle and hand cream daily.

I put my alarm clock far enough away from the bed, so that I’d
have to get out of bed to turn it off.
