Campaign Against Fat!

Okay, once again, it’s time for CAP (the Campaign Against Fat). This time I’ve got my work cut out for me, seeing as I just had a baby August 16, 2009. I didn’t gain all that much during the pregnancy, but I was already overweight to begin with.

The other day I weighed in at 203.5 lbs., so I’m using that as a starting weight for this goal. However, I can’t not give myself props, because 8 weeks post partum I weighed 214 lbs.!
