How I did it
How I did it: I basically just got in the habit of carrying a water bottle with me everywhere, especially in my purse, so that I'd always have it there if I got thirsty. I used to have to actively remind myself to drink throughout the day, but now it has become a habit - always having a water bottle with you makes it so much easier to respond to your body when it tells you it's thirsty. I mailed my secret this afternoon! It felt good sending it out into universe (aka frank’s mailbox). I can definitely see myself sending in more, I enjoyed laying out my postcard.
