I don’t know why this has always been such an issue for me. I really want to change this annoying habit that I have of always being late. We did better this week-ok, not really. I won’t give up.

I don’t know why this has always been such an issue for me. I really want to change this annoying habit that I have of always being late. We did better this week-ok, not really. I won’t give up.
I learned in Emotional Intelligence training that smart goals are attainable. To “Get rid of all the things that don’t make me happy” is simply impossible. I need to attempt it on a smaller scale-one moment at a time.
It’s really helping. I’ve been drinking (almost) no soda, so I am less jittery and bloated.
