I’ve went back to the yoga studio several more times and picked up on it quickly. I had to change days so I got a new instructor and she was even better that the first! She watched everyone in the class and chose moves that she could tell we needed. After 3 months with her I find out she’s moving! On the up side, a new studio opened about 5 minutes from my house! I went there last week to a beginner class and the instructor invited me to her advanced class! Tomorrow is the first one and I’m excited to take my yoga to the next level!

How I did it: The hardest part was getting started. Once I went through a few folders, it went well and I finished quickly. I started at the beginning of my file cabinet and went through each folder, tossing everything that I knew I wouldn't need. Once there was extra room in the drawers, I created new folders for the huge stack of papers on my desk. Each piece of paper went into it's appropriate folder - if there wasn't a folder… Read how I did it…
I recently discovered MotionTraxx.com and it is exactly what I needed to get me moving! Best music for running ever! My best time for speed is 9:05/mile, which I maintained over a 2 mile run. For distance I’m up to 8 miles which I completed last Friday in 1 hr 30 min. I run 5 days a week now – rain or shine and I love it! Best thing I’ve ever done. New goal: run 10 miles and run an 8 minute mile before the end of September
It was suggested to me that I work on my distance first, so that is what I’m doing. I can currently run 5.4 miles in about one hour. Not bad I think. I did time myself on my usual 3.8 mile route (which has several hills that slow me down) and my time was 38:23. That’s almost a 10 minute mile. When I did my 5.4 mile run it averaged out to about an 11 minute mile. I still want to get better so I’m going to keep working on this. When my backside looks like that of a runner, I’ll know I’ve done enough!
