How I did it: So I chipped a tooth actually I broke half of it off last Saturday. So it didn't hurt and I wasn't about to leave work plus it was a Saturday so waited till Monday. Called my old Dentist to find that they are closed till Sept 9th. Not wanting to wait I found a local dentist who was accepting patients and made an appointment for the next day. The tooth has to be pulled and lots of my other teeth need work but it was… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just continued eating better and my walks when I could. It helps greatly the support I have. It really has been all about find what works for me. I have failed so many times because I was following somebody elses diet. Advice from others is great but you have to remember sometimes what worked for them won't work for you. Read how I did it…
How I did it: After having heart surgery I really didn't want pop and a lot of the more junk food type of food, which made starting out the process easier. As I have continued to heal and get back into my old routine I have started to crave some of this again. I always knew I should lose weight but never could get it to budge. This time though I cut out pop started watch what I ate(counting calories) and began walking and riding an ex… Read how I did it…

66 Dopey is my favorite Disney character. While most little girls are all about the princess or prince charming, I just want the cute and adorable Dopey.
67 I’ve had a really strange evening with my mom tonight between fixing a light and talking about my car screw has been the most used word. And we have been laughing about it for hours.
68 I have 1 ring that I wear most days. I had like 4(size 10) to choose from but now they are to big so I just have the size 9 to wear. I only ever war just the one ring on my right ring finger.
69 I begged my mom for years to let my get my ears pierced I finally did at 13. But the right whole was positioned wrong and had to let it grow shut and get it re-pierced 6 months later. At 18 I finally got my second holes. At 20 I became allergic to metal. I eventually let them all grow shut.
70 I once ended up on crutches because a big gust of wind blew thru the house(huge like curtains touching ceiling huge) and knocked a 15 pound mirror onto my foot which was hanging off my bed. It bounced off my foot twice before landing on the floor. The mirror did not break.
61 I absolutely hate when asked to donate money to a good cause. Not because I don’t want to I would love to but I already don’t have enough. Living under poverty level sucks as it is but getting attitude because I can’t afford to help others just makes it all the worse. If I had the money I would give to every cause I could there are so many out there who need help.
62 I twiddle my thumbs a lot. When I’m nervous, bored, relaxed, excited, trying to sit still, tired, listening to someone talk(and yes really concentrating on what they are saying) just a lot…I usually don’t even notice I am doing it until someone mentions it. It has been noticed though that the slower I twiddle the more relaxed I am and if its really fast I’m nervous or excited or just otherwise irritated.
63 I love to cuddle, and can rarely get to sleep if I’m not snuggling something be it a person, a pillow, a blanket or a stuffed animal.
64 I will try/attempt almost anything once. I do think that experimenting in life is a good thing its a useful way to learn as well as explore not just what your trying but yourself.
65 I honestly think that somethings in life are predetermined and you really have no control over them. You can alter how you get there, change the surrounding situations but something are just going to happen. You can delay things but you won’t stop them. Almost like there is a checklist of things that you don’t know what they are but you have to check them all off and if you make chioces steering you away from them things you have no control over will happen to get you back on track.
