How I did it: I baked it real nice. Oh, how HOW? The internet told me how, which was just as well because I certainly wasn't going to learn from my mother. I came up with white peaches and raspberries but then I googled it and it already was in pie existence (sigh). But nevertheless, it was mildly original. How I did it: Well, my weight and I have our ups and downs. One minute I weigh 170 then next I weigh 150. The 15 lbs was when I weighed 165. And that was the goal I met! But then... the wake up call was when the scale hit 190 winter 2007. So I started MOVING again and by October I had lost 50 lbs. How I did it: First, I saved enough capital to purchase the uke, a stand, and a case. Then I did. I also bought a few chord books that explained basic tunings, positions, and uke fundamentals. Oh yeah, get-tuned.com is your friend. So for the first bit I just spent a lot of time getting familiar with the instrument. This evening I sowed my basil seeds. It was a simple procedure, I was expecting something a bit more time consuming. I wasn’t very careful. But they will grow. Tomorrow I will pot my other herbs.
