stop procrastinating
Another changing of habits...

I’m giving myself a month to stop procrastinating. In this month I will teach myself not to procrastinate for more than a quarter at a time, and will use a timer to control it, when at home!

Now on to more important things, like defining what is procrastination and what is acceptable leisure activities…



sleep earlier and get up earlier
One month...

I’m giving myself one month getting into the habit of getting to bed around 23:00, and out of bed before 7:00! Maybe not the hardest scheme for everyone, but I’ll got my work carved out for me.



Revise goals to be: Smart, Measureable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound
Building S.M.A.R.T. goals

As stated on the blog “even on 43things” I ‘ve just started rebuilding my goals, according to the S.M.A.R.T. scheme.

And I’m also going to use the blog as a tool to achieve my goals, I think…
