“I can feel guilty about the past, apprehensive about the future, but only in the present can I act. The ability to be in the present moment is a major component of mental wellness.”

How I did it: This took me quite a while, but I finally completed it!I didn't feel like I could choose just "any" song. It had to be a song that had a bit deeper meaning to me. It had to hold a memory (which most songs do) that was very dear to my heart! Also it had to be a good song, meaning basically a song I enjoy that I can listen to over and over again without getting sick of it.Of course I will get new favorites as time goes on,… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I have been a fan of Hanson for many years from my childhood, and never in my life would I have thought I would get to see them! They have always been around, just not in the mainstream media! I found out they were having a concert by accident! I downloaded a google extension that told you about Concerts and other events near your home town! Was scrolling through and I saw Hanson! Just an hour away and the tickets were cheap! $25, you can'… Read how I did it…
How I did it: During the process, my room looked like a tornado hit it. The first thing I did was organize what I wanted to keep and the things I knew I wanted to get rid of I put in separate boxes. There was also the "I'm not so sure" pile. Now that was tough. It was things that had memories, but I knew I would more than likely never use. In the end I pushed myself to just let go of those items. I got rid of my television and the stand it was on.… Read how I did it…

Holidays have DESTROYED me.
When I went home, I’ve ate too much and only the wrong types of foods. I believe I put on 10 pounds within 2 weeks, it’s ridiculous.
I need to teach my body to just eat less. Something so simple is so hard to teach, especially when I’m used to eating SO much.
Well, I don’t have hardly any money right now. So that’s a good way to learn self control. I have been eating what I have around the apartment and I’ll help my friend use up her meal swipes.
Putting breakfast back into my life again. Some good ol’ healthy steel cut oats with maybe a protein shake every morning. I will try to make my breakfast a pretty big and decent size meal which I’m hoping will make me less hungry throughout the day.
I feel like I’m constantly getting off and on this weight loss roller coaster. At least I’m not back to my starting weight, but if I don’t get back on it soon, I’ll be VERY close.
I was packing up some clothes because I’m moving out of my apartment and into a new one. I have a lot of clothes that are a size or two less than I am right now. If I can just make it ONE size down, I will have a wardrobe I haven’t worn in a long time! My new motivation is goin’ down that one size. Take it one size at a time or one pound at time? Either way I’ll be heading in the right direction.
Big and healthy breakfast.
More and more and more water.
Lots of exercise.
I’ll focus on the above right now. And we shall see what happens.
