It’s already March! I can’t keep putting this off! I’m having friends over from home next weekend and I’d like to make them something… Even if it is just the classic spaghetti! I just need to practice! It’ll be much more healthier in the long run.

So, I exceeded my goal! I’ve basically just been doing the elliptical trainer and did the stair climber yesterday. I wanted to add something different into my workout. Maybe I will try to wake up early and make it to the big gym so I’ll have mo choices. Even the treadmill will give my body a different push in some way.
Goal for next week is to maintain 165 minutes. Also to exercise on 3 different machines.

I think I was expecting more of a loss haha, but it is not a gain, so I’ll be happy.
The one pound at a time is a little discouraging, but I’m pretty sure I’ve gained something between Jan 3 & Jan 21 because I was eating rather crappy at the beginning of the year. I will keep pushing on! That is the only thing I really can do!

Yeah, I’m going to visit my great old buddy… the scale.
I really have no idea what to expect. I have been exercising 30 minutes at least 3 days a week for the past 2 weeks and I’ve been doing somewhat better with eating. Screwing it up every now and then but not screwing it up like I did before. Before if I’d screw up eating, then that whole week was ruined. Now, it’s just the moment that is ruined, which is much better than a week!
I feel better (I think that just mainly has to do with exercising) but I’m not sure if I felt like I have lost any weight. I don’t even know if it feels like I have gained weight. Ok… I just need to stop stalling and head to the gym and get this over with!
It’s important to know where I stand so I don’t let this weight take over me again.

Need to get back into school mode. I am still in vacation/lazy mode. I can’t have this, especially with the classes I have now!

I haven’t weighed myself in about 2 weeks. My dad said he was going to send me a scale so.. that will make weighing myself much more convenient! I’m still trying to eat better and all that jazz. Of course I screw up often still, but I’m working on it!

01-15 Sat – Elliptical Trainer 35 min 2.59 mi 459 cals

01-10 Mon – Elliptical Trainer 23 min 1.97 mi 423 cals

Hoping for 3 days a week again next week and to make my total time at least 115 minutes :)

I actually had a Bible study on this book last semester. I decided being on break, I would reread it.

I took a week off from weighing in because of those holidays! But I’m very glad I did. I think I would have been disappointed if I tried to weigh myself in last week!
Over the past 2 weeks, I lost 1 pound haha! But honestly, I’ll take what I can get! I’m surprised I’m not up higher than that considering what I’ve been eating lately!
I think I’m going to change my weigh in days to Saturday. It’ll just be more convenient for me at school when I get back! So excited to get back out of the 300s :)

I went to church and for church I usually wear jeans, a random t-shirt and a hoodie!
Today I was not going to allow that to happen! I wore some dress pants & a teal blouse & with a black blazer! I don’t think it helped I was wearing tennis shoes haha
The funny thing is, I think I dressed like one of the guys today haha. I matched 3 other guys in the church! It was actually very hilarious!
But I did look nice today! Even if a girl does dress up boyishly, girls can pull it off! Lucky us :)
