Gille Legacy was born with Cerebral Palsy and is paralyzed from the neck down. His mother was going to die during his birth so in order to save her (she had several other children), the doctor broke his shoulder and squeezed his head to get him out. He immediately went stiff paralyzed. He was expected to die right away. Gille was not allowed outside for 35 years because his father was ashamed of him. He was not given a wheelchair for 22 years. He scooted on his back to get around and taught himself math by laying on the bathroom floor, counting the ceiling tiles. Gille is now married to an amazing woman and sells his paintings that he paints with the tip of his nose! His wife, Sandi takes care of him full time. He supports the two of them without any government assistance. This couple is an incredible story of determination, perseverence, and love. They deserve to have their story told. I believe spreading their word will not only benefit the two of them, but will touch many people’s hearts as well.

i love meeting new people (especially from all walks of life) and would love to discover a new pen pal! if anyone’s interested, im looking for someone around the age of 20…from anywhere! It helps to have stuff in common…=)
