i have so much stress and confusion in my life, and i constantly have to tell myself how lucky i am and how many things there are in the world to love. i want to raise my kids in that, the little things. Being gentle and genuine.

i know you don’t have to know sign language to pretend to be deaf, but i think it adds to the experience. i want to get a taste of what it’s like, living in silence. kind of like when they stop sound in a movie for a minute and every thing’s in slow motion.
