Sugar hooks you because of not only the taste, but also because it throws you back and forth like a roller coaster. Complex carbs absorb much more slowly and so you only feel hungry when you really do need to eat !
Also, exercising then drinking water seems to break my munchie attacks.
Not eating because you’re bored helps

Protein and water, avoid energy drinks with caffeine
Build power by working on endurance and heavy weight
As always, breathing is important, and clenching as well, to increase effort by 3-5%
It’s also good to fast once a month or so to drop some of the fat, as well as to clean out your system a bit
Try to learn to skip 2 steps at a time. I still can’t do 3 though :( I’m gonna be a real ninja once I learn
I bit my nails a lot when I was coding for fun. When I started having to meet deadlines, I just stopped having urges to bite my nails, out of nowhere.
It’s good to split when both hands are on the floor. That helps you get your foot down fast enough.
There’s so much stuff to watch ! TV is better now than it was when I was younger.
