Lying obviously isn’t the best trait that I possess.
I read that keeping a journal helps and being in the company of others carrying out this goal might help me.
The first stage of recognising you have a problem is done :D

I have to stick my hand up and confess that I feel pretty daunted by having so many individual goals to complete…yep, I’m a lightweighter 43-thingsee.
So in a bright spark of ingenuity I have decided to sandwich them altogether to form this goal.
In a step-back-and-view-it-whole summary, I suppose I want to achieve the following;
*Improve my beauty routine. This doesn’t necessarily mean I have to declare WW3 against my skin and increase the battalion of creams I put on me tenfold, it just means I have to find what works for ME and not follow the one-size-fits-all baloney that magazines and adverts spew out.
*Become more aware
*Read more books, watch more films, listen to more music, learn more about art, geography and history
*Learn to friggin cook friggin edible food
*Gain confidence
*Get fit and healthy
