I have been doing this almost daily. This kind of goes along with my weight loss goals, and it’s not as hard as I thought. It is easier for me to drink 3 – 24oz. glasses of water a day. Then I go over my goal! And I feel better.

We are doing Julius’ room first because it tis the smallest, and his carpet is coming undone, because he keeps picking at it. So, we went and purchased carpet lat night, but we don’t have the tool needed to put it in yet. His walls are painted, but we still need to do his ceiling. After that, he needs base trim, a new door, and a new light in his ceiling. I think that will be it! We’re coming along.
I am really trying to do these. I can say I do them at least 5 days a week. Gotta keep it up, I really think it helps.
