With the help of my loving boyfriend, I’ve been further encouraged to accomplish this particular goal. My desire to become a better cook has also helped to spur my veggie-eating habits. I’m still not great, but it is improving. I’ve also started eating organic a lot more so that I don’t have all of those pesticides and crap going into my body.

I started learning Spanish about a month ago. My friend Alethea is teaching me—she’s fluent and has been to Mexico about ten times! I’m so excited. I hardly know any words yet, but I’ll pick it up soon enough.
