Oh brother!!! 2 years ago

I’d love to look like this and I will if I make this goal. Ok guys this is the deal. I have been trying to lose weight, although I don’t know if I have or not cuz I need a new scale. Kinda in a way I’m nervous to get one. In a way I want one. Before mine died I was on it up to 4x a day. Which I liked the fact when the scale went lower, got frustrated by the high. In a way it kept me on my goal. I don’t want to obsessive over it though. I did lose 25 lbs in a few months that way but I’m just afraid if I get on it am I going to weigh more than expected? Am I going to think I’m a failure?? I’m a libra so I weigh EVERYTHING sometimes too much, but I’m leaning toward getting one. Also, I had shoulder surgery last month and haven’t been excersizing due to me being so looped up on some good drugs. Going to the physical therapist makes me year for the gym. I have more time lately than I have in awhile so I’m going to go before or after my pt appts. That way, I’ll have 3 days for sure. Any comments or tips would be appreciated

Well, I have noticed I do really play with my children quite often and read with them so I am taking this off my list.

Anybody read Real Simple magazine?? It’s pretty tight. It has tips for almost everything…including oranizational, cleaning, etc. You can go to www.realsimple.com and check it out for yourself.
