I started working out at the gym about 6 weeks ago. I’ve also started on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (because J needs to be on it for his UC). I took my measurements and weighed myself when we started and did an update of them a few days ago. I have lost 8 pounds and a bunch of inches. I put this belt on 2 days ago and I have somehow managed to get to that last notch. I guess the new goal should be to add another notch to my belt.

I made it halfway and then flaked out. I will be starting this back up again tomorrow. I need to do this for two more weeks before it’s done. I really hope this is going to happen!
