I recently quit smoking for 2 months so I know this is possible, I am just lacking the reasons. I always thought that I would quit when I was ready to have a family since that doesn’t look like it will be happening soon, I need to find other reasons ASAP!
I feel that I am too young to be this out of shape. I also feel that I am not too far from my goal and think I could reach my ideal weight within 6 months or so. It could be worse so now is the time to act.
