How I did it: Target has a premium grade of whitening strips, not the thin type, but rather thick blue plastic that molds to the shape of your teeth.  They are inexpensive compared to name brands ( I want to say they cost $15).  I used a set -upper and lower- for 30 minutes each night for 7 seven nights. I stopped making excuses for myself about how I didn't have time, etc. . .
