Done! Three semesters later, and all As and Bs in gen chem and organic chem! YAY!

Done! We did a Petsmart training class and she learned a lot. She listens quite a bit better if there is a yummy treat to bribe her with, but she’s quite smart and very well-behaved.

I volunteered as a ‘helper elf’ for the Arizona Greyhound Rescue santa photos at Petsmart. It was a lot of fun and we raised over $200!

Also, I’m volunteering with my dog at a greyhound meet n’ greet this weekend, and will hopefully be convincing some people that they need to adopt a greyhound. :)

Next January I plan to start volunteering for Arizona Greyhound Rescue. I’d love to do so now – volunteer for turnouts, take the dogs to meet-and-greets, etc. – but with the pressure of school, I can’t sign away any weekend time just yet… but maybe I should do it anyway…

I lived in London for 5-6 months during a study abroad in 2002… and it was the most amazing time of my life. Therefore, my ‘live in London’ goal should be revised to ‘live in London again…’ it really is the most fantastic city in the world.

I called my maternal grandparents this weekend. We had a nice half-hour chat and now my guilt is slightly alleviated. They’re such nice people that I really would like to talk to them more often. I know I’m very lucky to still have all four grandparents; I don’t know why I don’t call more often.
