This type of goal is funny. You hit 199, 198 – you’re not quite sure if the goal has been accomplished…
Well, I’m 194 now. I think I was 220 when I put this goal up.
- I used my bike as transportation
- I weight trained
- I usually ran a mile after weight training
- I went out dancing several times a month
I didn’t do anything diet-wise. Some health choices are obvious, but I didn’t hold myself to any systematic method. I prefer doing more exercise and enjoying food. My body actually begins to feel “fat” after a few days without exercise. I listen to it. :D
