I want this to go away so badly! The only people I feel comfortable around is my family, but besides that feel like whenever i talk to people my words just don’t flow out my mouth like they should and my conversation is always stiff. I want to be funny like I am at home, but it’s like 2/3 of my brain goes numb when I’m talking to people at school so it turns out to be more like small talk ALL THE TIME.

A Swiss trial conducted on 10 men, has tested the effect of green tea on metabolism. The result was that if you drink four or five cups of green tea a day, “you might burn an extra 60 calories—but that’s not a lot.” Says Fugh-Berman, M.D., an associate professor of physiology and biophysics at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. It’s about the same number of calories you’d burn in six minutes of jogging.
