I got the preliminary screening and I am not a good candidate for Lasik. I have to wait for a better procedure.

I will be in WA during the festival and I’m sure it will rock!
I started going to Aqua Aerobics for one hour a day, M-F. Well, life happens and I actually make it about four times a week. Still respectable. I have done pretty good with the food and really enjoy the class. The only downside is really dry skin, but I have some great products for that. So, here is how I am doing:
Since December 1st 2006, I have lost about 17lbs and over three inches off of my waist. I have slacked a bit on the food control so I think I may have either gained two-three back or my loss will slow. But I know that it can be done now. I am really motivated to be healthy and even more gorgeous when my husband comes home from Iraq.
For the record: I have taken no “supplements”, diet pills, fat burners, etc. I have not starved myself or went on a fad diet. I have made a lifelong dietary adjustment. Mostly just portion control and only eating what I need to be full, not gorging because food tastes good. In addition, I have begun to exercise. So, the only things I have changed are my eating habits and adding exercise. I don’t think I need any of that crap they sell on TV or special diets. I think this is totally do-able the way that I am trying, at least for me.
