I’m doing this during may-june. :)
In December I can officially move thing goal to the I’ve done this list! This is not an easy task….
41. full moons
42. sand beneath my feet (and between my toes)
43. having an amazing playlist to brighten my day
44. learning to let go (breakups, bad relationships, etc)
45. believing in love
46. soy ice cream
47. making a tough decision and feeling it was the right one
48. liking what i see in the mirror
49. beautiful eyes
50. intoxicating natural scents (night blooming jasmine, orange blossoms)
21. peach buns [mmm].
22. reading a good book.
23. long showers.
24. the sound of waves crashing on the shore.
25. running my fingers through someone’s hair.
26. massages from a loved one.
27. petting a nice animal.
28. landscape photographs.
29. watching the leaves blow.
30. playing in the rain.
31. smell of coffee in the early morning.
32. getting a good night’s sleep.
33. having lunch with friends.
34. enjoying a class lecture.

Hmmmm…I’m going to be honest with myself and others…I suck at sticking to diets. Exercise, I enjoy, but diets….well…
Its got to be a lifestyle change, and not necessarily all at once. Again, whenever I make drastic changes all at once (like go vegan, obstain from alcohol and caffeine/carbonated beverages, and exercise 5-6 times week) it always backfires…
Baby steps, or hey crawling, has worked for me and others I admire.
So for this week: no fast foods, drink more water, and exercise 5 times.

There is so much more variety in this diet…I’ve tried things I normally wouldn’t when eating a standard american diet (omnivore).
