I have created a personal work out plan that seem to really work for me. It’s fun and also fun to see the results and get comments from people that haven’t seen me in awhile.

I just feel as though I’d rather have just a few super great friends that I would do anything for, and they would do anything for me as well. I have alot of friends, but there have been times I questions the quality of those friendships. So I say that quality is more important than quanity. However, the diversity of differnt people make it fun to know and have many friends.
