Between the dog, the rats, the chickens, and the 2 goats, nothing makes it to the compost pile!

Usually we need some for the garden, but we’re traveling all summer so we’re not planting anything this year.

I looked at a henna website 2 years ago

And it seems complicated if you want to do it “right” so I think I’ll just bite the bullet and play around with it, without any great expectations. What I really want is a design over my hip like Rachel Brice (the belly dancer)’s tattoo.

Tattoos don’t really appeal to me, but drawing on myself does.
