How I did it: Setting an alarm clock might help. It's more about self will. Getting yourself to bed on time actually takes a lot of work, since there are so many distractions to keep you up (i.e. Facebook, YouTube, etc.) But when you feel that sleepy feeling wash over you, that's usually a good sign that you should "hit the hay," so to say. You'll body will be able to recognize when it's tired rather than pass it up, and you'll sleep more soundly! Read how I did it…

How I did it: Just do what you're suppose to do. Van Deusen lectured us a million times over about "doing the right thing." That, essentially, was to read, do the homework, do the labs, and follow his lectures in class.
