After hearing (on Pandora.com) a few songs from their concert in Buffalo, the quality of singing live and atmosphere sounded great, so I’m gonna go to one of their future concerts.

It’s all about finding a good quality instructor. It’s nearly as simple as that…
...One thing to check is whether the instructor follows the Drivers Record* (or something close to it). This is so you’re at Level 5 for each facet of the practical driving test, before your test.
If you have a limited budget, be clear on how much each session, not lesson, is going to cost. This includes taking into account ‘double’ lessons:
- Let’s say each lesson/hour is £20. You decide to have two-hour sessions each time.
- You need to remember that every time you meet with your instructor, it’s actually costing you £40 each time.
*Info on the Drivers Record can be found here:

For me, it seems that my depression was caused by my social anxiety.
So, although this task may never be ‘done’ as such, I’ve not suffered from it for several months.
Plus, I now have numerous coping skills (1) incase my anxiety causes the depression to happen in the future.
(1)
I gaining the knowledge of these coping skills from two excellent books which I highly recommend:
- Climbing Out of Depression – by Sue Atkinson
- Undoing Depression – by Richard O’Connor
