Made a spicy lentil hot pot this afternoon. It was fantastic, super healthy and very easy to make. Will definitely make this again as it is a great vegetarian recipe which means it is cheap as you are not forking out for meat.

I have recently had acrylic nails put on for my up coming wedding. I am hoping that by having them on I will become more aware of how often I actually used to bite them and hopefully it will help me kick the habit.
After suffering today from a rather excessive night of drinking (well it was my hens night) I have decided that this goal must start immediately. One plan that I have to try and keep myself motivated and in a routine is to have a large glass of clear water before and after every meal. I definitely feel that I don’t get enough water and often feel dehydrated so am keen to experience the benefits of this goal.
