that i’m happily depressed, i’ve tried everything, and at the end of the day, i think i have to learn to get on with myself, and be my own best friend first, find myself, know myself and then be myself.I think thats he only way i’ll get through these dark phases of my life.

How I did it: went to see my general practitioner, as acne became so bad that i couldn't open my mouth to eat, he sent me on my way to the hospital to se the dermatologist he prescribed me accutaneneeded to do blood and urine test every month, which was annoying, but i knew it would be worth it!! How I did it: it's hard to explain, my depression is an on-of cycle, this cycle has lasted about 2 years, but i think i'm ok now, even though i know it might come back like it usually does, i'm going to tyr and embrace this neutral feeling towards life, that i never usually feel, i guess this is what optimism feels like. my skin has cleared up, but is very red, and i’ve noticed how badly my skin has scarred!! :(
cant wait for the final results, i hope it lasts!!
