How I did it: went to see my general practitioner, as acne became so bad that i couldn't open my mouth to eat, he sent me on my way to the hospital to se the dermatologist he prescribed me accutaneneeded to do blood and urine test every month, which was annoying, but i knew it would be worth it!! How I did it: it's hard to explain, my depression is an on-of cycle, this cycle has lasted about 2 years, but i think i'm ok now, even though i know it might come back like it usually does, i'm going to tyr and embrace this neutral feeling towards life, that i never usually feel, i guess this is what optimism feels like. It has been 10 months.. 1 week ago

since Ipractically shaved off most of my hair and it looks terrible, all the layers are different lengths, there’s no style, as that would involve cutting (my hair is a bit strangly and thin, nad at the moment the longest layer sits above jawline, and shortest halfway down ear.)

Its a lot heavier on top, and I feel like i look ridiculous, also for some strange reason, my hair is growing faster and thicker on my left side??

I’m just fed up of waiting,and I’m running out of patience…

that i’m happily depressed, i’ve tried everything, and at the end of the day, i think i have to learn to get on with myself, and be my own best friend first, find myself, know myself and then be myself.I think thats he only way i’ll get through these dark phases of my life.
