How I did it: It took me a long time to find good women in my life. I am 36 years old and it was always difficult to cultivate relationships with women. For some reason women are catty and always trying to compete with one another. I decided I'm not going to do it anymore. No more competing, no more tearing other women down, no more fighting. I was lucky enough to find like minded women. Women who cared about the things that I care about, women who car… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I noticed that if I am physically ready for my day I will begin to mentally prepare automatically for my day. It doesn't matter if it's raining or sun shining. I told myself that it was important to be ready. I never wanted to be caught off guard or unprepared. Every time I woke up, I shook off the sleep and got ready for my day. I just put on different clothes. As long as I got out of my pajamas, it was a good day! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I decided that it was time to just forgive myself. I have put many people through a lot but I am now a different person and I see the errors of my ways. I wrote down all the obviously terrible things I did to people, I prayed on it and I forgave myself. Those that I was able to call or connect with, I did. I apologized. I hoped that they would accept my apology but I know that it takes time to do that sometimes. I pray on this every night… Read how I did it…

At 330am on Thursday our very dear friend Scott Chestnut died. We’d spent a couple of days by his bedside, hoping and praying for a change in his condition. Scott lost his battle with alcoholism. He died of liver and kidney failure.
We told him we loved him before we left him on Wednesday. He should have known how we felt before that day.
...my life changed. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
I am now on medicine to help lower my blood sugar and I have to monitor my blood sugar 6 times a day. I have to go on a low to no carb diet. I have already lost 4 pounds since Monday just by giving up regular soda pop. I have lowered my numbers by almost 50 points. This is a start… I will keep going until I don’t need to take meds anymore. I know that I can do this…
