i feel so much more refreshed in the morning. i’ve learned to hide my clock so i cant see it so i won’t constantly check it, and i no longer do work in my room, so there’s no added stress in my head when i go to sleep. there’s other little habits i’ve taught myself, and finally i’m getting about 8 hours of sleep a night.

well, iv taken pictures of my friends and the times that we’ve gone crazy almost every time we hang out. and thats what i wanted to do. now its become a habit of getting my camera everytime i hangout with my friends of go out. then i look back on them and wonder “omg…whats wrong with us?! hahaha”

so after friends talking to me about my weight…iv given up. they know how i used to be, and they actually scared me into a corner of giving up…soo. thats about it. im staying at my weight now. i guess im happy about that? yeah. :) i just wish i wasnt so blind earlier. oh well…i guess life goes on
