I’m still plodding along and have continued to lose weight. The last couple days have been very challenging. I’ve cheated a bit, lacked motivation and have been inexplicably exhausted. I’m back on track today, still not quite as motivated, but hoping that this, too, shall pass.

I went to my first bookclub meeting yesterday. It was interesting. The book was East of Eden (one of my favorites), but the discussion was a bit stuttered at times. I’m going to give this one another shot, then maybe I’ll find another if this one isn’t engaging.
